Doing Away With Seasonal Time changes could be therapeutic in and of itself. It would do “Us, the American People” some good keeping our cranial synapses firing so we don’t miss our planes, trains or busses when traveling. Seasonal time changes are a small nuisance. Small wonder we’re incapable of dealing with them. We let government force us to put safety stickers on step ladders. Small wonder.

Changing Seasonal Time Changes is nothing compared to, say, child transgender assignment. Or tariffs. Or making a Department Of Government Efficiency (DOGE) enigma work when we, for reasons ridiculous, don’t force public officials to free our shores and borders of illegal immigrants/migrants/refugees (IIMR). Time changes threaten Liberty not. Work on IIMR and DOGE.

Breaking News: Hunter Biden is granted immunity from all crimes committed!
12-2-2024 Like anticipating a climactic plot in a movie, Americans have been anxiously and excitedly waiting for the next, and the next, nominees from President Trump for his 2025 administration; when “winning” begins to reshape our nation and restore our Constitutional Republic… Hey, a patriot can dream right?! We’ve been all giddy, while waiting anxiously for the next President Trump nomination to be announced… and Saturday, December 1 the long awaited-anticipated FBI nominee came: Kash Patel! However, not to be outdone, installed President Joe Biden made his own huge announcement. Of course, the fact that this announcement came on the Sunday evening after the Thanksgiving weekend, while Americans are still fighting their turkey tryptophan overdoses, is purely coincidental. After years of promising America that he would not, he did! Not only did Joe pardon Hunter, but it is also the Mother of all Pardons! He had to do this, because poor little Hunter is victim to a political witch hunt and all the congressional committee investigations aimed at Hunter were only done to “get to” Joe. I’m certain more “Biden” pardons are forthcoming. The official White House statement: Without aggravating factors like use in a crime, multiple purchases, or buying a weapon as a straw purchaser, people are almost never brought to trial on felony charges solely for how they filled out a gun form. Those who were late paying their taxes because of serious addictions, but paid them back subsequently with interest and penalties, are typically given non-criminal resolutions. It is clear that Hunter was treated differently. The charges in his cases came about only after several of my political opponents in Congress instigated them to attack me and oppose my election. Then, a carefully negotiated plea deal, agreed to by the Department of Justice, unraveled in the court room – with a number of my political opponents in Congress taking credit for bringing political pressure on the process. Had the plea deal held, it would have been a fair, reasonable resolution of Hunter’s cases. No reasonable person who looks at the facts of Hunter’s cases can reach any other conclusion than Hunter was singled out only because he is my son – and that is wrong. There has been an effort to break Hunter – who has been five and a half years sober, even in the face of unrelenting attacks and selective prosecution. In trying to break Hunter, they’ve tried to break me – and there’s no reason to believe it will stop here. Enough is enough. The Mother of all Pardons: For those offenses against the United States which he has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 1, 2014 through December 1, 2024, including but not limited to all offenses charged or prosecuted (including any that have resulted in convictions) by Special Counsel David C. Weiss in Docket No. 1:23-cr-00061-MN in the United States District Court for the District of Delaware and Docket No. 2:23-CR-00599-MCS-1 in the United States District Court for the Central District of California. For any crimes, my son Hunter has committed or might have committed or for sure committed in the last 10 years, by the power vested in me, as President of the Biden Cartel, …Oops, I mean President of the United States, I henceforth pardon my son – FOREVER!
We were all so very excited about the nomination of Kash Patel to be the new director of the FBI, but Biden pardoning his son Hunter was all that the news outlets could talk about for hours! Okay, so it was news, but for hours? I felt like chanting at them all; “We want Kash, we want Kash, we want Kash!” But alas, the Mother of all Pardons was the mother of all breaking news topics last evening. The Biden-Harris (she is still alive right?) administration and the Democrat Party have long lectured America that “no one is above the law,” and last night they momentarily paused that to let America know, “No republican or conservative or anyone named Trump is above the law, but all democrats and the Biden family are!” Does that make you feel a little used, abused and insignificant as an American citizen? It does me! There are Americans sitting in prison now for doing less than Hunter did. The Democrat Party is anti-gun, especially for known drug addicts, unless of course you’re Hunter Biden. There are those who are claiming this sets a bad precedent but isn’t that the nature of American politics? Neither Obama, Holden, nor Hillary ever had to answer for their crimes. Swalwell sleeps with a Chinese spy and he’s later lecturing about the inappropriate behavior of others. Sleeping with a spy is kind of a big deal… unless you’re a democrat! The democrats all objected when the Supreme Court ruled that Presidents making decisions for this nation have immunity. They exaggerated about the possibility of them murdering political opponents and not being held accountable… but now Hunter Biden has been pardoned from any crimes or offenses he committed in the past 10 years! Hunter has a 10-year immunity from all his dastardly dealings. He wasn’t president, so his daddy had to grant him criminal immunity. It doesn’t matter that his crimes and abuses were not being done to better anyone but himself and the Biden Cartel; he was granted the “Mother of all Pardons,” from the “Big Guy.” On the other hand, it seems that installed President Joe Biden admits there is corruption in the justice system and much lawfare has been practiced; so, maybe he’ll pardon President Trump. I’ve heard a rumor there are 150 more pardons to come, perhaps for James Biden or Jill Biden, or the entire Biden Cartel. When you stop and think about it, Biden might need more than 150 pardons to cover all of the criminal actions of his family and friends! I am very curious! How is it legal to pardon anybody for crimes for which they have not yet been formally accused or charged? “Our, the American People’s” presidential pardon notions may be clouded by a concept holding presidential pardons can not be granted if no laws are broken. How a president could be stopped from granting a presidential pardon for anything a president deems appropriate, hard to say. In politics, perhaps as much as anywhere, initiative is mother to authority. Grant pardon, see who tries to stops it.

It Might Occur To “Us, the American People” to give proverbial boot to presidential pardons, and let courts deal cards on accusations/charges. Presidential pardons are, arguably, an example of legislative -judicial-executive discrimination. To say America’s president can not be kept from official duties by rigors of litigation/trials, is to say America’s presidents can not get sick or die. They can get sick, die.

America’s Legislative-Judicial-Executive government system is unduly complicated. There are more laws than to reasonably keep count, much less avoid breaking. Moreover, if a person can be pardoned for breaking a law, it is a law worthy of rescinding. Either laws are obeyed without exception, or, they need not be obeyed at all. And, our juries can, if necessary, sort out litigation if laws are violated.

Everybody’s Brother And Sister-In-Law’s brother-in-law are making predictions on how “We, the American People” will fare under President-to-be Donald J. Trump’s economic wizardry. So, media reports indicate, given viewpoint disparities, focus is on America’s growing federal deficit as much as anything. We, a sovereign citizenry, could, were we to stand tall, force deficit to become surplus.

We Can Not Presume Or Expect our legislators will clamp down on deficit spending unless and until our legislators are clamped down by “Us, the American People.” We could, for example, refuse to allow year-to-year budget increases until deficits are paid down. We could do so, and disallow any change when elections put new deficit-spending-inclined legislators in their esteemed public office.

Allowing Someone Else To Load us with financial burden is sheer idiocy. We might as well allow legislators to hold us financially accountable for debts our neighbors incur. Ordinary people have to get along by making financial ends meet. Legislators get along by making other people (taxpayers) make legislators’ ends meet. All it would take from us to stop it is a teensy-weensy little word. No.
