Media report Federal Reserve Chair Jerome Powell is pointing to a dark cloud hovering over America’s fiscal stability, given America’s federal deficit has topped a paltry figure of some $36T in greenbacks.

$36T. Chump Change. Just a smidgin more than $66,666 for every carbon-infested air-breathing American. Paid off in a year, or thereabouts, if everyone bought nothing and ate nothing and drank nothing for a year. Debt. Ugly when you have to incur more to make payments on current debt. It’s not as though it’s impossible for “Us, the American People” to halt deficit spending straightaway.

There Is No reason Why Smart people like us – because we are a sovereign citizenry – couldn’t issue a cease-and-desist-deficit-spending order to our federal legislators and to trim fat and pay down till America’s deficit is paid off. Then, we go a bit further, letting our trusty legislators know they balance our federal budget per annum, or, they get to go home and forfeit any tenure-accrued remunerations.

.There Would Be Wailing And Gnashing of teeth by legislators who are accustomed to raiding America’s Piggy Bank, then filling it with taxpayers dollars. But – – – calmer heads would prevail and recalcitrant legislators would belly up. Because, if they didn’t, they’d be begging Golden Arches for jobs brandishing Windex and squeegee wipers. And, maybe, some complementary Big Macs.

Federal Government Spending Will Be, if President-to-be Donald J. Trump’s Department Of Government Efficiency (DPGE) materializes, decided, in part, by DOGE staff. Ultimately, federal spending will be decided by Congress. Donald J. Trump, DOGE or no DOGE, can either affix his John Henry to Congress-approved budgets, or, he can veto same. Save Congressional budget be veto-proof.

It Would Not Be Undoable for “Us, the American People” to draft – and certify as bona fide, charters for our legislators to use when casting their legislature votes. Legislators would be constrained from voting on other matters, apart from genuine emergencies. Apart from legislative majority votes, we are not likely to find consensus among legislators, all seeking say. Legislators want lawful compliance.

Not One Of America’s Legislators at any level would admit to other than standing by their oath of office to uphold Constitutionality. No would-be legislator or legislator hoping to stay in office would risk election or re-election by letting “Us, the American People” know they legislate by other than strict adherence to Constitutionality. If Unequivocal Positionality Standards existed, there would be no need for political parties to hold legislature majorities. Unequivocal Constitutionality standards would force legislators to concur. Otherwise, we would have cause to summarily recall those standing in disagreement with standards. Our court magistrates would be subject to similar recall if judicial standards existed. No such luck.

It’s Anybody’s Guess How “Our, the American People’s” Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) will opine on under-eighteen gender assignment care now before SCOTUS Justice’s peering eyes and discerning intellects. However America’s High Court passes judgement, debate and discord over minor-age gender ‘management’ is not going to reach a consensus with clamoring camps.

It Might Not Occur To Some of “Us, the American People” gender re-assignment is not like having body art on one’s derriere. Body art is bad enough, cost-wise, if a human canvas decides to have it removed. Gender reassignment alters a person radically, physiologically and, if post reassignment reports are accurate, intellectually, psychologically, and emotionally. Clocks not easily turned back.

There May Be Some Purely Medical or health-related cases where gender re-assignment is warranted. Gender re-assignment candidates might be better served, otherwise, if counseled on how to be more at ease with themselves, positive about their vitality, and confident of their ability to gain happiness, rather than to take a chance on scalpels turning them into contended people. To reach their potential.
