Not exactly how a couple of our Congressional legislators would have it, if they could make a change. Media report Congressional legislators bucking for SCOTUS term change would have SCOTUs Justices limited to eighteen years. Could be for justice’s sake, or for legislator’s sake.

Irony is, SCOTUS opinion are opinions. America’s SCOTUS has no direct enforcement power. Court enforcement power lies with our Executive Branch.

It Would Not Be Outrageous to argue dissatisfaction with SCOTUS opinions comes from a combination of legislative and judicial scope. Given some research into both legislative and judicial authority, it would become apparent to “Us, the American People” neither America’s legislatures nor America’s courts operate from standpoints of irrefutable standards. There are standards for neither.

Thus, sovereign citizenries must assure legislative/judicial objectivity.

Watching President-To-Be Donald J. Trump’s Department Of Government Efficiency (DOGE) materialize and get rolling will be an exercise in American civics. Media has an article out featuring a non-government financial business entrepreneur telling two government officials-to-be who are Donald J. picks to head up DOGE they would be heading up a department with no authority.

Whether people outside DOGE per se follow presidential Executive Orders to DOGE is another matter. President-to-be Trump, when President Trump, might issue an Executive Order for, say, some government employees not to report to work because they’re fired.
