In Related News, Congressional Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer says government will shut down at midnight if republicans don’t cooperate with democrats. There Is No Compelling Reason why America’s federal government can’t operate indefinitely under present budgetary constraints. Tax receipts will continue; expenditures could be trimmed proportionately if need be. Holding fast to current outlays would, eventually, bring income in balance with outlay. Nothing says we must increase federal debt ceiling, or increase spending above inflation.

12-18-2024 We find ourselves once again awaiting a Christmas miracle, but alas, Congress will more than likely once again pass an idiotic, thieving, criminal Continuing Resolution (CR) bill. It truly is the Christmas gift that keeps on spending. Sometimes my pent-up frustration and anger needs to be redirected.
