Little Can Undo Free Society more than lack of officialdom transparency and lack of information freedom and accuracy. A Long-standing media outlet tells “Us, the American People” inept government drone crisis handling has driven proverbial last nail in government credibility coffin. Drone sighting reports were, fundamentally, arm waved by ranking government officials – early on.

As Time Went By, Government Officials, according to media reports, upgraded incidental drone sighting reports from ‘no concern’ to top priority. Commercially available drones may, in fact, pose no large-scale threat to people’s safety or privacy. “We, the American People” do know, drones are capable of lethal destruction when prosecuting military targets, or used in sniffing out terrorist leaders.

Lack Of Comprehensive Drone Information may be less threatening, overall, than schools keeping classroom goings-on from parental access. Getting concrete information on drones is a bit more complicated than dealing with classroom activity. Classroom activity is no harder than parents showing up, letting schools know to take them to their students’ classrooms. No access restrictions – period.

“We, the American People” could, if we were serious about assuring America’s jurisprudence was less subject to corruption, make it impermissible for legislators, i.e., chief executives, to overturn court trial punishments. Neither fairness nor justice emanates from arbitrary (even though lawful) positional power. Moreover, presidential pardons fly in face of, say, jury decisions and related sentences.

Presidential Pardons Are Bad Enough on their face. Worse, may be Presidential bias when deciding to pardon some and not others of similar crimes in a category of crime meriting, say, similar, if not identical, sentences. Even worse would be, say, friends and families of victims who, by virtue of presidential pardon, are to live with knowing perpetrators have been relieved by presidential edict.

It Would Not BE Unreasonable for “Us, the American People,” a sovereign citizenry, to ban presidential pardons. Presidential pardons, by their nature, could be considered mockery of America’s justice system. Presidential power, like all legislative power, is only legitimate based on public tolerance. Neither Constitutionality nor force of law can withstand public rejection and/or annulment.

If so, then America’s presidents could interpret Constitutional precepts and laws by presidential PAVB interpretation to do as a president might see fit.
