“Our, the American People’s” President Joe Biden vetoing JUDGES Act of 2024 has generated angst upon angst upon angst is about all corners. Some organization media calls ‘judicial leadership’ described President joe’s veto move as “extremely disappointing.” Media coverage has it senior judges are saying President Joe’s veto delay will result in crushing case overloading in federal courts.

President Joe Biden’s Rationale For Vetoing JUDGES Act 2024, media accurate, had something to do with intemperate timing by Congressional deliberation. Something along lines of Congressional action obscuring real reason(s) for Congressional action. “We, the American People” would be justified in assessing such presidential action, based on said rationale, as a least as or more intemperate.

Legislative-Judicial-Executive Action can be characterized as taken in legislator/magistrate/executive self-interest. America’s standards-lacking legislative-judicial system ends up weighing on “Us, the American People” with ruthless dispatch. Legislators are not disposed to seek public concurrence with proposed laws born of legislator personal attitudes, values, and beliefs (PAVB). Such is law’s essence.

America’s Legislative-Judicial-Executive triumvirate-style government is ironic when viewed considering underpinning principles of self-government. Self-government requires no deference to government oversight, apart from government assurance one’s actions will not harm others. As such, PAVB government is harm’s surrogate arbiter. Curious, Liberty may not be used to define behavior.

“Our, the American People’s” media report a mid-west state is raising property taxes exponentially. Article reports home owners fearful of losing their homes, other property owners fearful of losing their properties. Article covers various steps property owners can take in hopes of getting relief. Reason property taxes are rising same as property taxes rising anywhere. Government needs more money.

When It Comes To “Us, the American People” owing taxes, government is indifferent as to our ability to pay. Private citizens, unlike government, are not able to go to whoever is paying them and demand whoever is paying them pay them more. Employers, might negotiate a bit; eventually employers have no profit-after-costs to tap. Employees make do or do without. Taxpayers pay, or, are penalized.

Government, If We, Ordinary People – and members of a sovereign citizenry – refused to pay would, all said and done, make do or do without. Government, despite lawful power to penalize, incarcerate, is no more capable of squeezing blood from a turnip than are employees squeezing non-existing profit from an employer. Higher taxes, eventually, can not do; lower budgets can cure escalating taxation.

Congressional Legislators Who delay Election 2024 certification based on opposition to another Congressional legislator’s parliamentary position act in America’s voter contempt. Legislators unwilling to certify an election, after their commonwealth/state certifies same, rate rejection by their state voters. Such rejection would apply to their office as well as their behavior. Send them packing.

When Mutinous Legislators Are Dismissed by “Us, the American People,” we would be smart to assure such dismissal does not permit a governor in their commonwealth/state to appoint an opposing party replacement. Replacing an errant legislator is to serve constituent will, not be an opportunity for gaining political advantage. Voters could, if they chose, hold a seat election as their remedy of choice.
