They Are Not Happy. Not at all. ‘They’ are some of “Us, the American People” who thought we had a read on President-to-be Trump, and Musk/Ramaswamy deportation strike force. Those of us so disposed are becoming disillusioned. Disillusioned over one Elon Musk, MAGA loyalist through-and-through, who no advocates bringing in highly skilled engineers from foreign lands. Trust besmirched.

We ought not be if we think about it. Trump/Musk/Ramaswamy trident have not called for a moratorium on immigration. They advocated for purging IIMR hordes.

It Would Make Perfect Sense to Elon Musk to hire engineering talent where he can find it at acceptable cost. Besides, if American-produced engineers fill Musk bill, Musk is not likely to take on administrative burden associated with getting foreign folks on board. American engineers need no passport rigmarole, no pesky paperwork other than normal bureaucratic hoops to get through.

It May Be Legislators-Politicians, to some degree, do work for constituent satisfaction. Practically speaking “We, the American People” can rest assured legislators-politicians work for their election/re-election first. Second, legislators-politicians strive to have their personal attitudes, values, and beliefs (PAVB) be lawfully compulsory. Then, compatibility emerging, constituent PAVB are attended.
