Philadelphia, Pennsylvania Is Home to The Liberty Bell.  The Liberty Bell weighs in at s little over a ton, is on order ot three feet tall, is twelve feet in circumference . . .  and is cracked.  Might be seen as symbolic of freedom.  Freedom as practiced in a few Pennsylvania counties where ballot counting is in defiance to court order.  Incomplete ballots are not to be counted. Unless officials decide otherwise.

Pennsylvania Vote Count Kerfuffle is over ballots not dated.  Conting officials where undated ballots are counted claim date absence is not reason to reject ballots. Impetus for counting undated ballots caries depending on who happens to be addressing issue. More pointedly, defying a court order suggests court orders have no consequence if someone in an official capacity behaves to ignore court orders.  Counting undated ballots could be seen as, effectively, negating complete ballots by number.

Media Report Fresh Lawsuits over undated ballot matter.  Not unreasonable to argue there’s no point in having election rules if election rules are optional.  Not unreasonable to argue there’s no point I following election rules when rules are meaningless or do not need to be enforced.  Either way, undated ballots litigants have little to no chance of agreeing on review court decisions favoring one or other.

“We, the American People” could resolve undated ballot matter by forcing election officials to figure out ways to count ballots when cast. There would, in all probability, be few, if any, situations where arrangement could not be made to count ballots when cast.  In unavoidable situations, arrangements could be made for optional opportunities for ballot casting. Officials defying official rules wreaks fraud.
